How did you spend this day off?
Clean the house? Outdoor grill'n? Buy a new mattress?

    I cleaned my house from top to bottom and did yardwork...but I don't think that's what they meant when they named the day Labor Day, is it?

    I think that since it is called Labor Day you just feel like you have to do some labor cause thats how I spent my day as well. I moved into my mother in laws house. Then I began my house hunting!!!!!

    It was a great day of cleaning our carport, yardwork, shopping, swimming, eating, talking and playing games! We were tempted to do some switching of rooms but put it off for a bit longer.

    What's with all of you and cleaning!?
    i did close to no cleaning whatsoever!
    chels and andrew and me and chase and ty and shaina and melinda and chantz went to the lake at 4am! we wakeboarded and knee boarded and extreme tubed till almost 1pm!!! then i took a looooong nap and cleaned the kitchen for mamasita and then went to katie and chris's for some super awesome game/family fun/ bonding time!

    We Labored on Labor Day as well...but not at our own house. Every year we help out at my in-laws taking down over an acre of weeds that sprang up thanks to the monsoon season. In between patches of weeds, we take a dive into their half-Olympic size pool. They always treat us to a belly-filling lunch to die for. BBQ style! YUM...
